A website or WhatsApp submission is a service request—not a confirmed visit. Final repair scope and price may be confirmed only after inspection.
Acceptance and service provider
By using this website, submitting a service request, authorising work or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The website is operated for Chimney Kitchen Solutions services by BMT Group.
We are an independent multi-brand chimney service provider unless a specific manufacturer authorisation is expressly stated in writing. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
Bookings, access and inspection
- A request becomes a confirmed appointment only after our team accepts the location, date and time.
- Arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, earlier jobs, technician availability or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Online calculator figures and phone/WhatsApp estimates are indicative unless expressly confirmed as final in writing.
- Hidden damage, additional faults or required parts discovered during inspection may change the scope and price. Additional work requires customer approval.
Pricing and payment
Charges may depend on chimney type, condition, location, accessibility, work required and spare parts. Any applicable visit/inspection charge, labour charge, part price or tax should be confirmed before the relevant work is authorised.
Payment may be accepted through the published Razorpay payment link or another agreed method. Online payment is processed by the payment provider under its own terms. A successful payment does not by itself confirm a requested visit; please retain the transaction reference until confirmation.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
- Please request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible before technician dispatch. A new slot is subject to availability.
- Once a technician has been dispatched or an inspection has been completed, the disclosed visit/inspection charge may remain payable and is not refundable merely because repair work is declined.
- Approved advance-payment refunds will be adjusted for any service already performed, authorised non-returnable parts and other disclosed non-recoverable costs.
- Parts specially ordered or installed cannot ordinarily be returned after customer approval, except where defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by applicable law.
- A completed service charge is not automatically refundable. A genuine workmanship complaint will first be inspected and, where covered, an appropriate correction or remedy will be offered.
- Approved online refunds are initiated to the original payment method; the time taken to appear depends on Razorpay, the bank or payment network.
Parts, workmanship and warranty
A warranty applies only when its scope and duration are recorded on a receipt, invoice, job sheet or written message. Manufacturer warranties on parts remain subject to the manufacturer’s conditions. Unless specifically covered in writing, warranty does not include unrelated faults, normal wear, grease accumulation, misuse, unauthorised repair, pest/water damage, voltage fluctuation or unsafe wiring.
A warranty claim should be reported promptly with the service record and a clear description of the issue. We may need to inspect the appliance before deciding whether repair, replacement or another remedy applies.
Customer responsibilities and safety
- Provide accurate contact, location, appliance and fault information.
- Ensure an adult is present and provide safe, lawful access to the appliance and work area.
- Disclose known electrical, gas, structural or previous-repair issues before work begins.
- Do not operate an appliance that a technician has identified as unsafe until the stated safety issue is resolved.
Service limitations
We are not responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by unavailable parts, unsafe site conditions, incorrect customer information or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Website use and external links
Website content is general information and may be updated. You must not attempt to disrupt, misuse, copy for misleading commercial use, or gain unauthorised access to the website. External services such as WhatsApp, Razorpay and Google Maps are governed by their respective terms.
